DAY 1: NAIROBI – CHOGORIA CAMP.

The Chogoria down Sirimon adventure starts with a pick up from Nairobi Hotel the shuttle bus to Nanyuki arriving in time for Lunch. Later a 4X4 will transfer you the start point where we cover 4 hours hiking adventure via Bamboo forest to arrive at Kenya wildlife service entrance of Chogoria Bandas. Late afternoon is good for an optional walk to acclimatize, later dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: CHOGORIA BANDAS – LAKE ELLIS.

Breakfast and commence the hiking adventure with spectacular views of rolling hills and peaks of Batian and Nelion. The hiking is short and we arrive at the camp before noon, relax as you wait for hot lunch. Afternoon enjoy the views around Lake Ellis to acclimatize more and prepare for high attitudes. An evening walk before sunset to Mugi Hill can be a great idea to end the day and will make your ascent a lot easier as well, dinner and overnight at Lake Ellis.

DAY 3: LAKE ELLIS – LAKE MICHAELSON.

We start the day with a cup of tea from our chef as we enjoy the beautiful views from here. Enjoy a beautiful walk which takes you up the along the ridge overlooking the Gorges valley as we approach the Lake Michaelson. Break for lunch with the spectacular views of the lake Michaelson, continue with the hiking adventure and descend to Lake Michaelson campsite top relax. Evening if flexible you can enjoy a short Nature walk, dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: LAKE MICHAELSON – AUSTRIAN HUTS.

After breakfast and views of the sunrise, between 0830 hrs and 0900 hrs we start a beautiful hiking around the peaks. There are so many little tarns you will encounter on this hiking. We arrive at the Austrian hut in time for hot lunch. Later afternoon you can wander around as you enjoy the views and prepare for the summit. We advise you have dinner early and sleep also early so as to be ready on time for attempting the summit.

DAY 5: AUSTRIAN HUTS – POINT LENANA – OLD MOSES – SIRIMON GATE – NAIROBI.

Early morning at around 0200 hrs enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and get ready to start the attempt to the summit. We arrive at the summit before sunrise for great and amazing views, enjoy sunrise and take great pictures. The descent takes you down the southern side along the Sirimon route and the rain forest where you will brunch at the Mackinder valley.

Enjoy the final walk down to Old Moses camp, relax a bit as you wait for a vehicle for transfer to Nanyuki for a shuttle bus to Nairobi. Upon arrival pick up and transfer to your Nairobi hotel at least to enjoy a great bath, relax and prepare for other Kenya safari destinations or other safari packages.

MOUNT KENYA TREK

Welcome for a great and popular Mount Kenya Trek via Naro Moru route to point Lenana peak and down the same route. The accommodation is on huts at Met Stations and Mackinder huts for all the three nights. The trekking can be done by individuals as you will be accompanied by a guide, porters and chef. The Naro Moru route is popular and famous for its speed trekking but we also have another great Route for the same days Sirimon down sirimon or Sirimon down chogoria route. Your Pick will be highly appreciate and offered without any objections.

DAY 1: NAIROBI – NARO MORU GATE.

Depart Nairobi early in the morning accompanied by your guide; you may opt for a shuttle bus or a private transfer at extra cost. Upon arrival at Nanyuki have a chance to do some shopping or collect some climbing gear to enable you has a successful Mount Kenya trek. Transfer to Naro Moru gate for registration and hiking up to Met station.

DAY 2: MET STATION – MACKINDER HUTS.

Early breakfast at Met Station then depart for a journey to Mackinder huts via the rain forest and moorland zone. Our Mount Kenya trek allows for a picnic lunch the climb further to arrive at the huts for relaxation.

DAY 3: MACKINDER HUTS – POINT LENANA – MET STATION.

Mount Kenya trek starts very early in the morning at 0200am to attempt the summit, through the bare rocks and shree via Austrian huts. We enjoy the sunrise with great and amazing views from all directions. Take great Pictures at Lenana peak, and then we start to descend back to Mackinder huts for breakfast and later further to Met station for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: MET STATION – NARO MORU GATE – NAIROBI.

Our Final Mount Kenya trek day, after breakfast we descend to the main gate, transfer to Nanyuki to catch a shuttle bus back to Nairobi. Drop off at your Nairobi hotel to relax before moving to other safari destinations.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL NAIROBI

Kenya Luxury Safari starts with a scheduled pick-up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfers to a 4-star or 5-star Nairobi Hotel. Our Driver or drivers will be at the airport as per the estimated flight arrival time holding a Name card with the Tourist’s Name. Optional Dinner can be arranged at Carnivore restaurant for clients who wish to enjoy the carnivore experience.

DAY 2: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Early morning after breakfast meet your Kenya Safari guide for the Kenya Luxury Safari and drive to Amboseli National Park. Arrive at the lodge for early check-in, hot lunch plus a little siesta followed by an evening game drive in search of Amboseli Wild animals. Amboseli National Park is the second most visited safari destination after Masai Mara Game Reserve. Famous for the large herds of elephants and immense views of Mount Kilimanjaro which has the highest peak in the whole of Africa. Thrilling safari experience then exit Amboseli National Park after witnessing the sunset, dinner, and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 3: AMBOSELI SAFARI EXPERIENCE

Breakfast then depart for an early morning game drive Trans versing the Amboseli Plains with a game. Enjoy several encounters with wild animals, Visit the Amboseli viewpoint for observation, and visit the swampy area for a thrilling game drive. Watch the elephants as they graze and bathe, the opportunity for bird watching, and a great number of wild animals as they approach in search of drinking water. Return to the Lodge for a hot lunch and siesta, late afternoon leave for another Kenya luxury safari drive till sunset, dinner, bonfire, and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 4: AMBOSELI – LAKE NAIVASHA

After breakfast enjoy a guided Nature walk or opt for an early morning game drive in search of the nocturnal animals as they return from their hunt. Witness the sunrise then depart Amboseli National Park via Nairobi and The Great Rift Valley escarpment. Arrive in Naivasha Sawela Lodge or similar for a hot lunch. Afternoon and Evening the Kenya Luxury Safari is scheduled for a boat ride and nature walk at the Lakeshore. Alternatively, the guide will take you to The Sanctuary to enjoy and take great pictures with wild animals. Return to the lodge for any other optional activity, dinner, and overnight.

DAY 5: LAKE NAIVASHA – MASAI MARA

Breakfast is followed by activities at Hell’s Gate National Park where tourists have a chance to walk or cycle alongside the wild animals. At the gate, you will decide either to hire the bicycles to ride the 11 km down the gorge or use the safari vehicle to access the gorge. Here you will enjoy a guided nature walk by the locals, they charge as per group extra Kshs.2,000/= for their services.

Later ascend to the main gate then depart Lake Naivasha with a drive via Narok town and Sekenani gate for registration. En route game drive to Mara Sarova game camp for check-in, hot lunch, and a little siesta. The Kenya Luxury Safari is scheduled for an evening game drive in search of wild animals till late evening.

DAY 6: MASAI MARA SAFARI EXPERIENCE

Masai Mara game reserve is a famous game reserve in Kenya that is rich in wild animals where a great number is being recorded. The game reserve is termed the Jewel for wild animals viewing area and today will be the day to spice up the Kenya Luxury Safari experience. Decide if to enjoy a morning and evening game drive or enjoy a full-day game drive equipped with packed picnic lunches.

A game drive to the Famous Mara River where the annual migration takes place is mandatory and we are sure you will have a great safari drive. The sightseeing of the day is lions, elephants, leopards, buffalos, antelopes, cheetahs, hyenas, vultures, zebras, giraffes, hippos, and crocodiles among other wild animals and birds.

DAY 7: MASAI MARA – LAKE NAKURU

Early morning game drive then return to the lodge for a full breakfast check out and enjoy another en-route game drive to the main gate. Exit Masai Mara Game Reserve and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park for registration and game drive en route to the lodge. Interestingly within Lake Nakuru National Park, we have the Lake that is ideal for bird watching.

Since Lake Nakuru is one of the soda lakes in the Great Rift Valley it attracts flocks of pink flamingos. Then we have the sanctuary for the endangered black and white rhinoceros. Other sightseeing includes the Rothschild giraffe, zebras, lions, waterbuck, and herds of buffalos, antelopes, leopards, hyenas, and warthogs among other wild animals on the mainland. Evening return to the lodge with great Kenya luxury safari memories for dinner and overnight.

DAY 8: LAKE NAKURU – OLPEJETA CONSERVANCY

Breakfast as you enjoy awesome sceneries and the sunrise, check out with another short game drive en route to the main gate. Exit Lake Nakuru National Park and drive to Olpejeta Conservancy with a stopover at the Subukia viewpoint. Another stopover at the Thomson Falls and Nyahururu equator line to arrive at the conservancy for Registration and drive to Sweetwater’s tented camp. Hot lunch followed by an evening game drive within the rich conservancy. Visit the Rhino sanctuary if interested and chimpanzees to come face to face with the primates.

DAY 9: OLPEJETA CONSERVANCY – SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

Breakfast as you enjoy a game drive for the animals that approach the tented camp, later check out and leave Olpejeta Conservancy. Drive to Samburu National Reserve to arrive in time for early check-in, a hot lunch, and a little siesta. Evening game drive to explore Samburu National Reserve rich in the rare spices that we name the Samburu special five. The Samburu National Reserve is unexplored and a good safari destination for wild animal lovers. After sunset return to the lodge with an awesome Kenya luxury safari experience for dinner and overnight.

DAY 10: SAFARI SAMBURU

Samburu National Park is famous for the Samburu special five which includes the Baise oryx, reticulated giraffe, Gravy zebra, Somali ostrich, and the gerenuk. The National reserve is also rich with other great wild animals such as lions, antelopes, elephants, cheetahs, buffalos, hyenas, wild dogs, and dik-diks among others. Decide with the guide either to enjoy a full-day game drive or enjoy a morning game drive and evening game drive. The park is not that large and you will have a great Kenya luxury safari experience. Late evening you can opt for an optional activity such as visiting the local Samburu people or engaging in camel riding.

DAY 11: SAMBURU – NAIROBI – DEPARTURE

Early morning game drive before breakfast till you witness the sunrise, enjoy the photography, and see the wild animals to end the Kenya Luxury Safari in style. Return to the lodge for a full breakfast, check out, and be guided by your flight to other safari destinations or back home drive back to Nairobi. Enjoy a stopover at the Nanyuki Equator line and drive farther with scenic views of Mount Kenya and Aberdare Rangers. Interestingly you will see the Karatina Market and Thika town as well as the Thika Superhighway. Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for check-in.
