DAY 1: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Our short Tanzania safari starts with a scheduled pick and then departs Arusha with packed picnic lunches. Tarangire National Park is home to the largest herds of elephants. The park also experiences the migration of wildebeest and zebras between June and October. The park is dotted with thousands of Baobab trees and common animals like lions, cheetahs, leopards, cape buffalos, antelopes, gazelle, hyenas, and even the black rhinos can also be spotted here… We will enjoy a game driving along the Tarangire River which attracts a great number of wildlife in search of drinking water. Late evening we will exit and drive to our accommodation property for dinner and overnight.
DAY 2: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
The short Tanzania safari is scheduled for wildlife adventure and bird watching experience in Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara is unique due to its tree-climbing lions which are rare to find in Africa. The Lake also has no inlet or outlet and is believed to have its sources of water from springs. It’s a soda ash Lake in The Great Rift Valley and a suitable breeding area for the pink flamingos. We depart the lodge or camp after breakfast for the sightseeing of elephants, Hippos, giraffes, cape buffalos, antelopes, noisy monkeys, and flamingos among other wildlife and birds. Late evening return to your accommodation property with a great safari experience for dinner and overnight.
DAY 3: NGORONGORO CRATER
Breakfast and Manyara area, check out and drive to Ngorongoro crater for the short Tanzania safari experience. The journey takes us through the Ngorongoro Conservancy area where you will see the local Masai people as they graze their cattle. We enjoy an amazing game drive down the crater rim, the population of wildlife here and the breathtaking landscape will give us a great safari experience. Visit the hippo picnic site to enjoy your lunch the ascend with the final game drive to the main gate. Exit Ngorongoro crater and drive to Arusha town to end the great safari.
